🎨 Personalization & Product Info
Can I preview my personalized item before it’s printed? Yes! We offer unlimited design revisions before printing. You’ll always approve your design first.
What if I made a mistake in my personalization? If your item hasn’t entered production, we can fix it. Once approved and printed, we can’t accept returns for personalization errors—but we’re always happy to help.
🛍️ Orders & Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
- Personalized & made-to-order items: Typically ship within 3–7 business days after final design approval
- Non-custom items: Ship within 2–4 business days
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Can I make changes after placing my order? If your order hasn’t entered production, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Contact us as soon as possible via chat or email.

Where do you ship? We currently ship to:

- Select international destinations
How long does shipping take? Delivery times vary by region and fulfillment partner:
- United States: 2–12 business days
- Australia & NZ: 5–15 business days
- Europe: 5–15 business days
- Other regions: 7–21 business days
Please note: delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If you need help locating your parcel, reach out via chat or email.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. Personalized products are not returnable unless there’s a defect or error.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund—no fuss.
Do you accept international returns? Yes, but return shipping costs may vary. Contact us first before sending anything back.
EU Customers If your order ships to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be unused and in original condition.
